App.net is pleased to offer integration with Desk.com.  The Desk.com support module in App.net  will allow you collect feedback and questions from your App.net Landing Page.  You can use your Desk.com account to respond to everyone who contacts you.

Do you have an account with Desk.com?  If not, sign up for Desk.com.

• Goto to Desk.com to create a new account

For existing Desk.com users:

• Login to Desk.com with an account that has access to the Admin
• Open the App.net landing page Editor
• Switch to the "Modules" Tab and scroll down to the Assistly Module
• Copy & paste your Desk.com site URL (e.g. xxxx.desk.com) into the field "Site URL"
• Save your changes
• You should now see the Desk.com module on your App.net landing page.
