For new Uservoice users:
- Create a new Uservoice account
For existing Uservoice users:
- Open the Uservoice admin interface (https://app.uservoice.com/signin)
- Navigate to the "Getting Started" section in the left hand navigation
- Find the Widget ID in the javascript snippet under the section "Install the Feedback widget on your site"
- Look for the part: widget.uservoice.com/xxxxxxxxxxxx.js
- Copy only the the xxxx part (without the .js)
- Open the App.net Landing Page Editor
- Switch to the "Modules" Tab and scroll down to the Uservoice module details
- Paste the Widget ID into the field "JS Widget ID"
- Save your changes
- You should now see a module on your App's landing page that allows users to contact you.
- You can configure the look & feel of the User Voice widget on the Uservoice website under Settings > Channels > Edit Widget
Note: It can take up to 5 minutes for changes on your Landing Page to take effect.
