For new Get Satisfaction users:
- Create a GetSatisfaction account
For existing Get Satisfaction Users:
- Open the Get Satisfaction admin interface (http://getsatisfaction.com/login)
- Go to Configuration > Community Details
- Find the "Community URL Slug" (getsatisfaction.com/xxxx)
- Open the App.net Landing Page Editor
- Switch to the "Modules" Tab and scroll down to the Get Satisfaction module details
- Copy & paste the xxxx part into the field "Community URL Slug"
- Save your changes
- You should now see a module on your App's landing page that allows users to contact you.
Note: It can take up to 5 minutes for changes on your Landing Page to take effect.
